What payment methods does Chuango Smart Home accept?
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and payment via instant bank transfer.
When and how does a charge from the Chuango online shop appear on my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon ordering. The amount will appear on your credit card as "CGSMARTHOME."
Does Chuango Smart Home offer discounts?
We regularly offer discounts to our customers. Visit www.chuango.de to find out if there's a discount in your area.
Can I use multiple vouchers?
No. Only one voucher/discount code can be used per order.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I change my shipping information after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipping method after you have placed an order.
The order will be immediately forwarded to our delivery partner and can no longer be changed in our system.
Has my order been shipped?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link/code to track your shipment.
How can I track my shipment?
You can usually find tracking information in your shipping confirmation, which you received by email.
What shipping methods are available?
Shipping methods vary by region. We choose the shipping provider that is common in your region. We currently work with UPS.
What do I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?
Please contact our customer service at support@chuango.de.
My product arrived damaged or defective.
If you received a defective or damaged product, you can request an exchange or a full refund. If the outer packaging is damaged, please take photos to document the damage.
- Please contact our customer service immediately at support@chuango.de to request a return or exchange.
- The Chuango Support Team will then send you a return number and a shipping label to return the product.
- Return the product in its entirety, including all original parts and accessories. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will receive a confirmation email.
- After inspecting the product, you will receive further confirmation via email along with your replacement product. If you requested a refund, you will receive a credit note to the card you used to make your purchase.
We will refund the purchase price plus the original shipping costs for the product. Please see the general terms and conditions for further information.

How long does shipping take?
You will receive your order within 2-3 working days in Germany or 3-6 working days for all other countries, except in cases of unforeseen force majeure.
